The fact that Deviate even offer a frame upgrade should take them to the top of anyone's list. My customer support experience has been nothing but amazing and it took less than a week from preorder to delivery to the PNW. The 55mm idler came pre installed and the provided instructions are thorough. My favorite bike ever, now with UDH, what's not to love?!
