Where we ship

We currently ship to the following regions:

Dispatch Location

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the United Kingdom.

For UK customers, VAT is included in the listed price where applicable.

For all international customers, taxes, duties and import charges are calculated at checkout and included in the total price shown.


International Taxes, Duties & Import Charges

All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.

This means:

  • VAT or local sales tax is included at checkout

  • Any applicable import duties are included

  • Customs clearance charges are included

The price you see at checkout is the final landed cost.

You will not be asked to pay additional customs invoices or import fees on delivery.


Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.

From time to time, selected products may qualify for free shipping, which will be clearly shown at checkout.


Shipping methods

We use fully tracked courier services appropriate to the destination, including DHL, FedEx, and Royal Mail.

The carrier used may vary depending on parcel size, value, and delivery location.


Dispatch times

We aim to dispatch:

  • Parts and accessories: next working day

  • Frames and Complete Bikes: within up to 3 working days


Estimated delivery times

Typical delivery timeframes from dispatch are:

  • UK: next working day

  • EU: 3–5 working days

  • USA & Canada: 5–8 working days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–10 working days

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or events outside our control.


Delivery responsibility

For UK and EU consumer orders, goods remain our responsibility until delivered to you (or a person you nominate to receive them).


Failed delivery or unpaid import charges

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

  • Unpaid customs duties or import taxes

We may require payment of any additional shipping costs before re-dispatch or refund the order minus incurred shipping and return charges where permitted by law.
