Refund policy
30-day returns
We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and un-ridden

In the same condition as received
-
In original packaging with all parts and documentation

Accompanied by proof of purchase
To request a return, email info@deviatecycles.com.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Change-of-mind returns
If you no longer want an item:

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items must be unused and in original condition.

Original outbound shipping costs may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

Any import duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.
For UK and EU customers, your statutory rights are not affected.
UK & EU cooling-off rights
If your order is delivered within the UK or European Union, you have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
You must return the item unused and in original packaging.
Where cancellation rights apply:

We will refund the item price and standard outbound delivery cost.

You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if something is wrong.
If an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will:

Arrange repair or replacement where appropriate, or
-
Provide a full refund, including return shipping.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Frames, custom builds, and special orders
The following are non-returnable unless faulty:

Frames that have been built, ridden, or had components fitted

Custom builds or special-order configurations
-
Items modified at the customer’s request
This is standard practice for performance bicycle products.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original product first.
Once accepted, a new order can be placed for the replacement item.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
If approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
